(4) RACER QUALIFICATIONS
- Any male or female 18 years of age or older as of the race day who can complete the race within the time limit and without getting lost.
- Racers must have successfully completed races that are registered with the International Trail Running Association (ITRA) and have earned points described below. The races must have been completed within the last two years (from November 1, 2021) up until the day before the start date of the race registration for the general category (October 31, 2023).
However, at least one of these races must have been completed within one year (from November 1, 2022) up until the day before the registration start date (October 31, 2023).
FUJI100mi: 10 points or more from up to three races*
KAI70k: 3 points or more from up to two races*

As a special exception, finishers of the Virtual ULTRA-TRAIL Mt.FUJI 2021 and Virtual FUJI /KAI 2023 can use the points they earned by completing the virtual races as qualification points.

Those who are willing to make the above donation to the Fuji-Hakone-Izu Trail Support, general incorporated association to be used for environmental activities and meet the eligibility requirements for this race.

CAUTIONS
Please note that the donation is not tax deductible.
Those who use the donation-based entry are not required to pay the additional payment processing fee.

(7) ENTRY CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
- Please be aware that you cannot change the race category or cancel your entry for whatever the reason once you’ve completed the payment process before the payment deadline. There are no entry fee refunds (full or partial).
- Your entry will become invalid and canceled if we receive your payment after the payment deadline. In this case, your payment will be returned to you minus the designated administrative fee.
- The transfer of the right to participate in the race to another person is NOT allowed.

(14) Other
- Shuttle buses will run between Fuji Hokuroku Park and the FUJI100mi start venue (Fujisan Kodomo-no-Kuni). Fees apply, and reservation is required.
- Runner parking will be at Fujisan Parking, Fuji-Q Highland, and Conifer Forest. Reservation is required at the time of race entry registration.
- Access buses will run between JR Mishima Station in Mishima City, Shizuoka and Fujisan Hokuroku Park to encourage the use of public transportation.
- Detailed Rules and Regulations will be released in mid-October.
