To all Mt.FUJI100 racers

Tickets for the race venue circulation bus, racer parking tickets, and luggage storage at the Fujisan Kodomo-no-Kuni will go on sale from 12:00 on Wednesday, January 29th.

If you need these items, please check the details and complete the procedures.

 

1. Mt.FUJI100 Race Venue Circulation Bus

This is a bus that will take you to Fuji Hokuroku Park via stations around the venue.

2. Parking ticket for racers (parking lot reserved for the race)

This is a parking ticket that must be reserved in advance and is available to racers who have completed their entry and payment.

The secretariat will send an email to racers who have completed their FUJI100mi registration with information on the dedicated reservation site. If you require a parking space, please check the email and apply.

＜Parking lot＞

• 『Fujisan Parking (formerly known as Fuji Hokuroku Parking)』
• 『Fuji Q Highland Conifer Forest』

・Do not camp or stay overnight in a car in the parking lot.

・A parking ticket is required to park. There is a limited number of player parking tickets available.

・You cannot select which parking lot to use when applying for a parking pass.

・Parking in the vicinity of Fuji-Hokuroku Park is prohibited. Please be sure to purchase a parking ticket and park in the designated parking lot.

・The player parking tickets are available only for those who have completed their registration for FUJI100mi, KAI70k, or ASUMI40k. FUJI100mi supporters or general visitors cannot use these tickets, even if they purchase them.

・There is no parking available for racers at the finish venue, Fuji-Hokuroku Park.

• FUJI100mi：4,000 yen tax included (3-day pass/person)
• KAI70K：4,000 yen tax included (3-day pass/person)
• ASUMI40K：3,000 yen tax included (2-day pass/person)

*Parking for racers - including shuttle bus for Fuji-Hokuroku Park.

３.Checking in luggage at the FUJI100mi starting area (Fujisan Kodomo-no-kuni)If you wish to check in luggage at the FUJI100mi starting area, you must apply in advance.

Items provided: 90L bag (90cm x 100cm) for storing luggage at the start venue, luggage sticker (will be given to you at the recer check-in)

[Notes]

・Once you have checked in your luggage, you will not be able to retrieve it until you reach the finish line.

・Stick the luggage sticker with your luggage number written on it somewhere visible, and tie the top of the plastic bag before bringing it in. (Limit of one piece of luggage per person)

・Valuables cannot be stored.

・A luggage tag will be given on the day for luggage that does not fit in the plastic bag.

・When returning your luggage, it will be checked against your number card (BIB). Please be sure to bring your number card (BIB).

・The return location is Fuji Hokuroku Park Gymnasium. Please be sure to pick up your luggage by 3:30pm on Sunday the 27th.

・Those who apply for the "Advance Registration Fuji City Accommodation Plan" do not need to apply separately as baggage check at the start venue is included.
